To apply for Phacilitate’s Women in Advanced Therapies (WIAT) mentorship programme, please fill out the application form provided below. The deadline for submitting applications is 31st March 2024. Applications received after this date may not be considered for review. The mentorship programme starts on 1st May, all successful applicants will be contacted prior to this date with their pairings and relevant details.
